Douwyn Telegram

Telegram bot operations

Manage multiple Telegram bots, conversations, menus, messaging campaigns and analytics in Douwyn Starter Kit.

Module capabilities

  • Manage multiple bots and a conversation inbox in one admin area.
  • Localized menus, media attachments and human verification.
  • Schedule campaigns, process message queues and review analytics.

Who is it for?

For businesses supporting customers and operating Telegram communities through bots.

How the module works

Manage bots and conversations in one place

Douwyn Telegram provides bot, contact and inbox management inside Douwyn Starter Kit. Operators filter conversations by bot and status, inspect message history and reply from administration. Bot tokens are encrypted and are not displayed after saving. Token rotation verifies that the replacement belongs to the same bot before updating credentials.

Bilingual menus and scheduled campaigns

Menus and campaigns support Vietnamese/English content, local/S3 media and filtered recipient groups. Operators prepare content, test a small group and schedule delivery. Verification, subscription and blocking states govern eligibility. Arithmetic verification helps reduce basic spam; it is not identity verification.

Event connections and delivery tracking

Bots receive updates through webhook or long polling; webhooks require public HTTPS. Interaction and campaign queues support background processing and delivery/error history. Success means Telegram accepted the request, not that a recipient read it. Private account data requires a valid account link. Order notifications and a shared image library require separate integration packages.

Usage workflow

  1. 1.

Create a bot in BotFather, configure it in administration and test the connection.

  2. 2.

Prepare media/menus, test conversations and choose webhook or polling.

  3. 3.

Test a small campaign, review recipient eligibility, then schedule and monitor delivery.

Implementation requirements

Telegram requires a compatible Douwyn Starter Kit, bot credentials, a worker and scheduler. Webhooks need public HTTPS; polling supports local use. Custom bot workflows, contact imports, Commerce/Library integration and infrastructure costs are separately assessed.

Frequently asked questions

Is an AI chatbot included?

Not by default. The standard module manages bots, inboxes, menus and campaigns. AI conversations or new business workflows require a separate integration scope and quote.

Can we track message opens or reads?

No. Telegram Bot API does not supply open/read receipts. The system tracks processing and sending outcomes without presenting them as reading statistics.

Can it reuse Library images or send order notifications?

Telegram Library and Commerce Telegram are separate packages requiring compatible source modules, permissions, account links and recipient eligibility. These packages are currently demo-only.

Scope and costs

Existing features are included in the package. Additional development is quoted before work starts.

Included in the standard scope

Use of the module in one project with the capabilities listed on this page, subject to the version and scope confirmed in the quotation. The module price is not the cost of building a complete system.

Entering and editing your data

You can add or edit information using existing fields and functions within the module’s permissions and configuration without a software customization fee. Data entry, cleanup or migration performed by Douwyn is quoted separately.

Separately priced customization

New fields or features, interface changes, business workflows, reports, specialized permissions and external integrations fall outside the standard scope.

Examples requiring a separate quote: Custom conversation flows, CRM integration or specialized bot workflows.

Costs not included

Installation and deployment; data entry or migration; a custom website or application; hosting, domains and storage; third-party services and AI API usage. Required modules and integration packages are priced separately unless included in the quotation.

Agreement before additional work

Douwyn confirms requirements, scope, cost and timing before starting additional work with the customer’s agreement. Defects that prevent delivered features from meeting the agreed scope are distinguished from new requests and handled under the agreed warranty and support terms. Module pricing does not automatically include lifetime maintenance or upgrades.

Platform and integrations

These modules run on Douwyn Starter Kit with Laravel and Filament; they are not standalone applications. During the demo, Douwyn will check platform compatibility and your integration needs.
