How the module works
This module is in development and available for demos only. The following describes the development scope, not a commercial implementation commitment.
Reuse images across bots and the library
Telegram Library stores new photos in Library or selects permitted catalog assets. Telegram keeps ownership of menus, campaigns, messages and per-bot file-ID caches. Library records references to protect linked files from accidental deletion.
Legacy sync and existing links
The package provides integration settings, read-only diagnostics and preview/sync tools for older Telegram images. Disabling integration affects new creation only; existing linked images remain usable. Both modules’ permissions apply and changing storage settings does not move old photos automatically.
Implementation requirements
In development; compatible Telegram/Library must share a database connection. Scope is managed photos, not automatic downloading of every inbound attachment. Legacy import is separately assessed.
Frequently asked questions
Can the bridge be removed after using Library photos?
Keep it while Library-owned images remain. Uninstalling does not transfer file ownership or restore old upload behavior for linked records.

Existing features are included in the package. Additional development is quoted before work starts.

Entering and editing your data
You can add or edit information using existing fields and functions within the module’s permissions and configuration without a software customization fee. Data entry, cleanup or migration performed by Douwyn is quoted separately.
Separately priced customization
New fields or features, interface changes, business workflows, reports, specialized permissions and external integrations fall outside the standard scope.
Examples requiring a separate quote: Custom legacy photo imports or additional bot asset management rules.
Costs not included
Installation and deployment; data entry or migration; a custom website or application; hosting, domains and storage; third-party services and AI API usage. Required modules and integration packages are priced separately unless included in the quotation.
Agreement before additional work
Douwyn confirms requirements, scope, cost and timing before starting additional work with the customer’s agreement. Defects that prevent delivered features from meeting the agreed scope are distinguished from new requests and handled under the agreed warranty and support terms. Module pricing does not automatically include lifetime maintenance or upgrades.
Platform and integrations
These modules run on Douwyn Starter Kit with Laravel and Filament; they are not standalone applications. During the demo, Douwyn will check platform compatibility and your integration needs.
